Housing Information

Canadian University College offers limited student accommodations outside of its residence halls and reserves those units for occupancy by select full-time students.

19 unfurnished units with refrigerator/stove and hook-ups for washer/dryer as follows:

Twelve 3-bedroom townhouse units 1,150 sq ft   825.00/month
Three 2-bedroom townhouse units 950 sq ft   725.00
One 2-bedroom apartment 620 sq ft   725.00 – natural gas incl.
Three 1-bedroom apartments 500 sq ft   675.00 – natural gas incl.

A security deposit of not more than one month’s rent as well as the first month’s rent is required upon occupancy.  Pets are not permitted in any on-campus housing.

The assignment of units for new housing applicants will follow this prioritization:

1.      Current or accepted for the upcoming semester CUC students with resident spouse and/or dependent children;

2.      Parents of resident dependent who are current or accepted for the upcoming semester (CUC/PAA) students;

3.      Current CUC/PAA faculty and staff or single CUC students who are current or accepted for the upcoming semester;

4.      Other community residents.

As landlord, the institution reserves the right to accept and place the applicant who best suits the housing unit available regardless of the categorization listed above.
