Application Process

Canadian University College offers limited student accommodations outside of its residence halls and reserves those units for occupancy by select full-time students. (See assignment prioritization under Housing Information)

To qualify to reside outside of the dormitory, students under the age of 23 must meet and obtain the approval of the Student Services Department.(see CUC Housing Policy)

The “Applicant’s Information” section of the application gives us general
information that we need to process the application.  Please complete all
fields.

The “Program Information” section provides us with your student information which identifies if you are eligible for housing and a monthly rebate of $50.00 during your full-time study.

Following receipt of the completed application, CUC will contact you to inform you of your residence status. 

If we are unable to accommodate you we will place you on the waiting list and keep your application on file for three months after the start of the semester.

As landlord, the institution reserves the right to accept and place the applicant who best suits the housing unit available.
