• Reservations are to be made three (3) office days in advance for travel on Sunday through Friday.
• Reservations are not available for Friday Evening or Saturday flights.
• Please call to confirm or cancel your reservation 24 hours before your pick-up/drop-off time.

Reserving Your Transportation
To arrange an airport drop-off or pick-up please fill out the Airport Service Reservation form and email or fax back to the transportation department.Click here to download a pdf of the form.

To email, fill out the form and save and send back to the transportation department as an attachement. The form can also be faxed. Please fill in all the necessary areas of the form. For any other questions please call the transportation office during normal office hours.
